Paul Schoeneberger funds torture with his state tax dollars. He failed to intervene when his wife and father-in-law were involved in inflicting torture on a local family and attempted to silence the family with unconstitutiaonl gag orders to hide the evidence. Even worse, Schoeneberger's wife coordinates and acts in concert with child abusers who publish unlawful photos of underage boys and black men on the Internet.
